Most of the enterprises only found the dominant cost, such as purchase price, transportation costs and so on, they can not found the hidden costs, such as choice information costs, the costs of making arrangement with suppliers and so on, they all make the cost out of control, and lead enterprise face more and more pressure. This article will make some suggestions on how to cut down the cost of purchasing logistics.
