摘要
现阶段,企业在越来越激烈的市场竞争中,面临着需求多样化和个性化的双重挑战。为了保证企业自身利益不受影响,如何降低成本就成了影响利润的重要因素。物流一直被认为是一块"未开垦的土地",被视为"黑大陆",这其中的利润空间不言而喻,而采购物流作为物流环节的开端,却一直不被人所重视,大多是企业只能看到其中的显性成本,如购买价格、运价等;而忽略了隐性成本,如供应商选择时的信息费用、与供应商之间的洽谈费等,导致采购成本一直不能得到控制,企业压力也越来越大,论文就采购物流如何降低成本给出了自己的看法。
At present, in the increasingly fierce competition, enterprises faced with the diversification of demand and personalized challenges. In order to ensure their own interests are not affected, how to reduce the cost become the important factors affecting the profit. Logistics has always been considered as a piece of "undeveloped land",and regarded as "black continent",there are more profit. And purchasing logistics ,as the beginning of logistics, which is always been ignored. Most of the enterprises only found the dominant cost, such as purchase price, transportation costs and so on, they can not found the hidden costs, such as choice information costs, the costs of making arrangement with suppliers and so on, they all make the cost out of control, and lead enterprise face more and more pressure. This article will make some suggestions on how to cut down the cost of purchasing logistics.
