摘要
建筑项目的施工工期是招投标的核心内容之一,为了确保在保证工程进度和工程质量的前提下,减少项目的投入成本,必须对建筑工期实行管理,从而达到企业利润最大化的目的。论文主要从我国建筑工程工期管理的现状入手,对其中存在的问题进行分析,并在此基础上提出相应的管理策略,以提升企业的经济效益与社会效益。
The construction duration of construction project is one of the core contents of bidding. In order to reduce the input cost of the project under the premise of guaranteeing the progress of the project and the quality of the project, the management of the construction period must be carded out, so as to maximize the profit of the enterprise. This paper starts with the current situation of construction project management in our country, analyzes the existing problems, and puts forward the corresponding management strategies to improve the economic and social benefits of the enterprise.
