摘要
目前我国国有施工企业人力资源管理的现状,存在着一些问题,在一定程度上制约着企业的现代化管理水平。论文针对现实工作中出现的部分问题进行分析,提出了具体的解决策略。
At present, there are some problems existing in human resource management of state-owned construction enterprises in China, to some extent ,they restricted the level of enterprise modernization management. This paper analyzes some problems in the practical work, and puts forward some concrete solutions.
