农村信用社风险评价体系的构建

Construction of Risk Evaluation System of Rural Credit Cooperatives

论文将当前我国农村信用社主要风险划分为内部风险和外部风险,构建了由6个二级指标和15个三级指标组成的农村信用社风险评价体系,并采用层次分析法(AHP)得出体系中各个类别的指标权重,以此从内部、外部以及综合方面对农村信用社进行评价,便于监管层采取相应的应对措施。

This paper divided the main risks of rural credit cooperatives in China into internal and external risks, constructed the risk evaluation system ofrural credit cooperatives with 6 level two indexes and 15 level three indexes, and the analytic hierarchy process （AHP） is usedto get the index weight of each category in the system. In this way, we can evaluate the rural credit cooperatives from the internal, external and comprehensive aspects, so as to facilitate the regulatory authorities to take corresponding measures.
