“现代学徒制”的高职院校人才培养模式探讨

Discussion on the Personnel Training Mode of Modern Apprenticeship in Higher Vocational College

当前,职业教育掀起了"现代学徒制"人才培养模式的高潮,这种人才培养模式将职业教育从院校拓展到企业,使学生真正融入企业与社会。论文通过对国外学徒制的基本模式及研究现状的比较,分析了"现代学徒制"和传统学徒制之间的区别,根据我国高等职业教育人才培养模式存在的问题,提出了实施"现代学徒制"人才培养模式的实践策略。

At present, vocational education has set offthe climax of＂modem apprenticeship＂ mode of personnel training. This kind of talent training mode expands vocational education from institutions of higher learning to enterprises, and enables students to truly integrate into enterprises and society. This article compared the basic mode and the status quo of foreign studies of apprenticeship, analyzes the difference between ＂modem apprenticeship＂ and traditional apprenticeship, according to the problems in personnel training of higher occupation education in our country, puts forward the implementation of the ＂modem apprenticeship＂ talent cultivation mode of the practical strategy.
