With the development of the internet, China has entered the network information era.China＇s electricity supplier enterprise logistics model has also been innovation and change, which is the opportunity and challenge of enterprise development of electricity supplier.Electricity supplier enterprises are generally using online shopping, and its express enterprises, third party logistics enterprises have an important impact on the operating profit of electricity supplier enterprises, therefore, innovative logistics mode is essential. At present, the most advanced logistics management model is ＂cloud logistics＂, the ＂cloud logistics＂ has been the concern of electricity supplier enterprises. This paper will make an innovative research on the logistics model of China＇s electricity supplier enterprises, and explore the development prospects of its ＂cloud logistics＂.
