Thoughts on Improving the Staff Quality of Railway Enterprises

铁路企业拥有一个大的难以管理的基层网络,基层员工素质的提高,有利于企业的发展,而一个能够满足大网络的素质提升方式,正是员工素质提高的难点。论文对现阶段基层员工素质反映出的问题进行分析,为员工素质的提升提出建议。

Railway enterprise owns a grassroots network, which is large and difficult to manage. Improving the quality of staff, is conducive to the development of enterprises. A quality improving method which is large enough to meet the large network, is the difficult to improve the quality of the staff. This paper analyzes the problems of the quality of staff at the present stage, and puts forward some suggestions for improving the quality of the staff.
