摘要
随着社会经济不断发展,人事档案管理在企业发展中的重要性愈发突出,直接影响着企业自身的经营发展。信息时代背景下,企业人事档案管理涉及的工作内容更加复杂、多样,不仅增加了人事档案管理的实际工作量,并且提高了对于人事企业管理工作的实际要求。但就企业人事档案管理工作现状而言,无法满足现代企业的实际发展需求。笔者从企业人事档案管理发展现状入手,就其工作提高措施,发表几点看法,以供相关人员参考。
With the continuous development of social economy, the importance of personnel file management in enterprise development is becoming more and more prominent, directly affects the development of enterprise's own business. Under the background of information age, the content of enterprise personnel file management is more complex and diverse, which not only increases the actual workload of personnel file management, but also improves the actual requirements for the management of personnel enterprises. But as far as enterprise personnel file management is concerned, it can not meet the actual development needs of modem enterprises. The author starts with the current situation of enterprise personnel file management, and puts forward some opinions on how to improve the management of personnel files for reference.
