摘要
挖臂作为挖掘装载机工作装置中的主要承载结构件,构造和受力复杂。在使用过程中,由于工况复杂,操纵不当等原因,造成开裂失效现象。通过对挖臂结构及强度进行认真分析,优化挖臂结构型式,加强薄弱部位,从而提高挖臂的可靠性。
The digging arm is the main load-bearing structure of loader-digger, and its structure and force are very complex. During the process of application, the cracking failure occurs due to the complex operating condition and improper handling. Through the careful analysis of the structure and strength of the digging arm, its structure is optimized and the weak spots are strengthened, so the reliability of the excavated arm is improved.
