大型氨站液氨储存工艺的选择和优化

Selection and Optimization of Liquid Ammonia Storage Process at Large Ammonia Station

液氨属于国家危险化学品目录中规定的危险化学品,因此,在建设大型氨站时要确保接卸、储存和输送等装置的安全。合理的工艺方案能够在很大程度上保证液氨储存的安全,避免氨泄漏等事故的发生。论文主要分析大型氨站液氨储存工艺的选择及简要探讨工艺方案优化。

Liquid ammonia is a dangerous chemical specified in the catalogue of national hazardous chemicals, merelore, we mus~ ensure me safety of devices such as receiving, unloading, storage and transportation in the construction process of large ammonia stations. The reasonable technological scheme can ensure the safety of liquid ammonia storage to a great extent and avoid the accidents such as ammonia leakage. This paper mainly analyzes the selection of ammonia liquid storage process in large ammonia station and briefly discusses the optimization of process plan.
