摘要 社会经济的迅猛发展使传统的领导理念与管理方式已无法应对各组织的可持续发展,在西方兴起的自我领导理论提供了一条新的且有效的发展路径。本研究通过对Web of Science核心合集数据库中1980-2016年国际学界关于自我领导研究文献进行计量统计,利用CiteSpaceV对WOS核心合集数据库中有关自我领导研究的文献进行主题词共现分析与可视化展现,同时结合文献内容分析,探索该领域的研究热点与前沿问题,从而较准确地把握国际学界对自我领导的研究情况。国际上自我领导研究以欧美国家为主体,主要集中在企业经济学与心理学领域;研究热点主要集中在对自我领导影响效果与影响因素的探讨、自我领导的跨文化研究、自我领导的行为与策略、自我领导力模型、自我领导力的测评方法。由原来侧重理论研究到近年来趋向于定量研究,定性研究逐步受到重视。最近研究关注:自我领导的伦理研究,积极的工作绩效与自我领导的关系,动机、调节和效能与自我领导的差异,自我领导与学术认同、应对压力及社会情感能力的关系,自我领导的干预方法等。对自我领导理论的跨文化适用性、领导方式与自我领导的关系研究也呈日益增长的趋势。未来研究应注重:自我领导影响机制的探索,跨文化适用性检验及本土化理论体系构建。完善自我领导理论体系应做到:注重情境因素对自我领导的影响,注重自内而外的理论构建;注重职业认同、组织认同及情绪智力对自我领导的影响效果;注重研究工具的修正与完善,注重自我领导各维度结构与其它变量的关系研究;注重自我领导跨文化差异的探索;注重自我领导的纵向评估与研究群体的扩展。 The results show that the current researches on self-leadership are primarily conducted in Western countries,mainly in Business Economics and Psychology.Researches mainly focus on the effects of self-leadership,contributing factors,cross-cultural self-leadership research,selfleadership behaviors and strategies,self-leadership model,and self-leadership evaluation.There has been a tendency in research methods changing from original theory-focused research to quantitative research.Qualitative research is also valued at the same time.Most recent researches focus on self-leadership ethics,the relationship between job performance and self-leadership,differences between motivation,adjustment,self-efficacy and self-leadership,the relationship among self-leadership,academic identity and the ability to cope with pressure and social emotions,and self-leadership intervention methods.In addition,there are increasingly more researches on the relationship among cross-cultural applicability of self-leadership theory,leadership style and self-leadership.Future research should focus on the mechanisms of self-leadership effects,cross-cultural applicability and localization of self-leadership.First,the future research should focus on the impacts of contextual factors on self-leadership and the internal theoretical construction.Second,the future research should pay attention to the impacts of professional identity and emotional intelligence on self-leadership.Third,the revision and improvement of research tools is another important area.Fourth,the variations of self-leadership in different cultures need more research.Last but not least,longitudinal evaluation of self-leadership and the expansion of research groups are also on the future research agenda.
