摘要 高职院校通识教育承担着培养学生基础素质的责任,高职院校加强通识教育是培养高素质技能型人才的基本要求。当前,高职院校通识教育有效性与其预期目标有很大偏差,主要源于通识教育目标模糊、评价制度不健全、应试教育的惯性以及师资队伍素质薄弱。提高高职院校通识教育有效性的措施有:构建高职通识教育目标体系,构建通识教育考核评价体系,建立专兼结合的通识教育师资队伍,建立通识教育教学资源库。 General education in higher vocational colleges bears the responsibility of cultivating students' basic quality,and strengthening general education in higher vocational colleges is the basic requirement of training high skilled talents.In practice,the validity of general education in higher vocational colleges is very different from the expected goal,which is mainly from the vague objectives of general education,the imperfect evaluation system,the inertia of examination oriented education and the weak quality of teachers.Therefore,the key problem is to reform general education in higher vocational education and effectively improve the validity of general education teaching activities.
