摘要
本文通过对成吉思汗博物馆外壳的计算、分析,探讨折板式网壳的可行性及不规则折板网壳的空间作用效果。通过对计算结果的分析,在屋盖水平方向折板布置极其不规则的情况下,通过合理布置环线连接,屋盖空间整体作用非常明显,结构整体刚度远远大于单榀拱桁架或单片折板,周边落地折板网壳在满足建筑不规则外形的同时,同样可以保证网壳的完整性和刚度。对于大跨度整体作用结构,温差造成的温度变形和温度应力是工程中必须解决的问题,采用合理的结构布置能够有效地减少温差对下部结构的影响。
In this paper, through a practical engineering calculation and analysis of the museum housing, the feasibility of folded plate latticed shell and space effect of irregular folded plate latticed shell are studied. The analysis results show that: in the horizontal direction of the folded plate extremely irregular, connected by a rational layout of the link, the effect of whole space is very obvious, the overall stiffness of the structure is far greater than the single arch truss or monolithic folded plate, and the surrounding landing flap shells not only can meet irregularly shaped building, but also can ensure the integrity and stiffness of the latticed shell. For the overall effect of large span structure, the temperature deformation and temperature stress caused by the temperature difference are a problem that must be solved in the engineering. The reasonable structural arrangement can effectively reduce the impact of the temperature difference on the structure.
