摘要
采用新型实用生物酶固化技术,对娄底至益阳高速公路路基膨胀土开展了物理性质、胀缩性质、强度性质的试验研究。试验结果表明:经过生物酶改良的改性膨胀土的液限、塑限和塑性指数均有所降低,但效果不明显,而其膨胀性指标:自由膨胀率、无荷膨胀率和50k Pa下有荷膨胀率显著降低。生物酶改性膨胀技术能提高土体的抗剪强度且效果优于掺石灰改性膨胀土技术。通过试验得到的生物酶改性膨胀土的最佳酶水质量比为1∶300。
By adopting an innovative and practical bio-enzyme-based soil improved technology, the physical property, characteristic of swelling-shrinkage and strength of Louyi Highway roadbed expansive soil are studied. As suggested by the experimental results, the liquid limit, plastic limit, and plasticity index of bio-enzyme-optimized expansive soil are subtly reduced. Meanwhile, its swelling indices, including free swelling rate, swelling rate under 0 and 50 kPa, drop significantly. Bio-enzyme-treated expansion soil technology to promote the shear strength of soil is better than lime-treated technology. According to experimentation result, the ratio of mass between enzyme and water with the best effect is 1:300.
