摘要 目的:探讨提高医学院校大型设备利用率的方法与对策。方法:结合某大学科研实验中心实际工作,统计科研平台10万元以上36台大型设备近5 a的运行情况及使用率,制作有效机时数柱状图,分析设备使用情况。结果:目前共享大型设备存在使用不均衡的状况。其使用情况及机时数统计分析表明,近5 a设备整体使用率较低,部分设备有闲置现象。结论:采取加强仪器的维护与校准,加大平台宣传力度,多层次宽领域开发仪器的新功能,提高实验人员仪器服务技能等措施,对提高大型设备使用率有着重要意义。 Objective To enhance the utilization rate of large medical equipment in medical university. Methods The running and utilization rates of 36 pieces of large medical equipment were statistically analyzed during the past 5 years in the Scientific Experiment Center of some university, and the histogram was established for the effective machine hours to explore the utilization of large medical equipment. Results The statistical analysis and histogram showed that the utilization rate in the past 5 years was low and idleness occurred in some equipment sometimes. Conclusion Some measures are proposed to enhance the utilization rate of large medical equipment from the aspects of equipment maintenance and calibration, propaganda, new function development, personnel and etc. [Chinese Medical Equipment Journal, 2017,38 (5):147- 149]
