高通量透析对维持性血液透析患者甲状旁腺素的影响及护理效果分析

Analysis of Nursing Effect and Influence of High-throughput Dialysis on Parathyroid Hormone in Maintenance Hemodialysis Patients

目的:探讨高通量透析对维持性血液透析患者甲状旁腺素的影响以及护理效果。方法:选取2015年2月-2016年2月本院收治的120例维持性血液透析患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将患者分为对照组和观察组,各60例。对照组患者采用普通的血液透析方法,观察组患者采用高通量透析。比较分析两组患者治疗前后甲状旁腺素、血钙和血磷水平的变化情况。结果:两组患者治疗后的血磷和甲状旁腺素水平均低于治疗前,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组患者的血磷清除率和甲状旁腺素清除率均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:高通量透析能够有效地清除维持性血液透析患者的甲状旁腺素,降低继发性甲状旁腺功能亢进症的发生,值得在临床上推广使用。

Objective： To investigate the nursing effect and influence of high-throughput dialysis and on parathyroid hormone in maintenance hemodialysis patients.Method： From February 2015 to February 2016, 120 patients with maintenance hemodialysis admitted in our hospital were selected as the research objects, they were divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method, 60 cases in each group.The patients in the control group were treated with normal hemodialysis, the patients in the observation group were treated with high-throughput dialysis.The changes of parathyroid hormone, serum calcium and serum phosphorus levels were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Result： After treatment, the levels of serum phosphorus and parathyroid hormone in the two groups were lower than those before treatment, the differences were statistically significant （ P〈0.05 ） .After treatment, the blood phosphorus clearance rate and parathyroid hormone clearance rate of the observation group were higher than those of the control group, the differences were statistically significant （P〈0.05） .Conclusion： High-throughput dialysis can effectively remove parathyroid hormone in maintenance hemodialysis patients, reduce the occurrence of secondary hyperparathyroidism, it is worthy to be popularized in clinical practice.
