腺垂体功能减退症及其危象的临床资料研究与分析

Study and Analysis of Clinical Data of Hypopituitarism and Its Crisis

目的:探究腺垂体功能减退症及其危象的临床表现及诊治效果。方法:随机选取2015年1月-2016年12月本院收治的68例腺垂体功能减退症及其危象患者作为观察对象,回顾性地对所有患者的基本临床资料进行研究分析。结果:68例腺垂体功能减退症及其危象患者中,临床诊断出2例(2.94%)自体免疫性垂体炎,14例(20.59%)颅咽管术后放疗,32例(47.06%)席汉氏综合征,4例(5.88%)空泡蝶鞍,16例(23.53%)垂体瘤。经临床治疗后,60例(88.24%)患者抢救成功,其余8例(11.76%)患者死亡,总体治疗效果比较满意。结论:临床中不明原因嗜睡、乏力、性欲减退或者毛发脱落等症状均可作为腺垂体功能减退症及其危象患者的征兆,尽早采用有效方法对其进行诊断与治疗可以有效降低误诊率,提高临床疗效。

Objective： To study and analyze the clinical manifestations and clinical diagnosis and treatment of hypopituitarism and hypopituitary crisis.Method： From January 2015 to December 2016, 68 patients with hypopituitarism and hypopituitary crisis in our hospital were randomly selected as the study objects, the basic clinical data of all the patients were analyzed retrospectively.Result： Clinical diagnosis of 2 cases （ 2.94% ） of autoimmune pituitary inflammation, 14 cases （ 20.59% ） with post-opration craniopharyngeal radiotherapy, 32 cases （ 47.06% ） clinical diagnosed as Sheehan＇s syndrome, 4 cases （ 5.88% ） clinical diagnosed as empty sella, 16 cases （ 23.53% ） clinical diagnosed as pituitary adenoma in the 68 patients with hypopituitarism and hypopituitary crisis.After clinical treatment, 60 cases （ 88.24% ） were successfully rescued, and the other 8 patients （ 11.77% ） died, the overall treatment effect was satisfactory.Conclusion： Unexplained lethargy, fatigue, loss of libido or hair loss and the like performance all can be used as clinical signs of hypopituitarism and hypopituitary crisis, adopt an effective method to diagnose and treat patients with hypopituitarism and hypopituitary crisis rapidly can reduce the misdiagnosis and improve the clinical curative effect.
