摘要 因轮胎结构不对称性导致的锥度效应及帘布效应显著影响轮胎的力学特性,也是造成车辆跑偏的主要因素。对轮胎结构不对称性进行深入分析,研究轮胎结构不对称性所导致的锥度效应和帘布效应的结构成因,以及对跑偏的影响差异性,通过实例验证和分析得出轮胎锥度效应是影响车辆跑偏的主要因素。 Conicity effect and plysteer effect caused by tire structure asymmetry have significant influence on tire mechanical behavior, they are also the main factors for vehicle pull. The tire structure asymmetric was investigated in detail, causes of tire structure asymmetry resulting in conicity effect and plysteer effect were researched, as well as the impact difference on vehicle pull. The study shows that the tire conieity effect is the main factor for vehicle pull through verification and analysis of examples.
