摘要
研究了臭氧水对蔬菜水果有机磷农药降解效果.介绍了蔬菜水果样品处理方法和臭氧水浓度测试方法;采用气相色谱法,FPD检测器、OV-1701色谱柱测试有机磷农药降解效果.结果表明:臭氧对蔬菜水果中乐果、甲胺磷、敌敌畏等农药残留均有较好的降解效果,一次浸泡15 min,达到较理想的降解效果,三种农药最高降解率分别为58.05%、64.51%、50.81%.
The effect of ozone water on the degradation of pesticides is studied. And the method of measu- ing ozone concentration in water are introduced. An efficient method for the determination of organophod- sphorus pesticide residues in the samples of pre-treatment by using GC with FPD and OR-1701 has been established. The results show that the ozone has good degradation effect on dimethoate, methamidophos and dichlorvos. Best results of three pesticides are 58.05%, 64.51% and 50.81% respectively in ozone water treatment for 15 min.
