仿罗纹空气层的机织保暖织物设计与试织

摘要 纬编罗纹空气层组织织物厚实、保暖性较好,在内衣、毛衫等方面得到广泛应用,但无法满足保暖外衣、羽绒服等对织物尺寸稳定性方面的要求.利用机织单层、双层结构的合理搭配,通过在双层织物间引入芯纬的方式,设计了仿罗纹空气层的立体机织物结构,并在普通织样机上实现了一次成型织造.结果表明,这种机织物结构稳定,织物厚实.下机后表里两层织物无需缝合,解决了普通羽绒面料因缝合产生的针眼处易钻绒的现象,且由于一次织造成型,能有效提高生产效率. Milano knitting fabrics are widely used in underwear and sweater because of their sick and solid structure and good warmth retention property. However, they are inapplicable to coat and feather dress for the worse dimensional stability. Milano-emulating woven fabric is designed by reasonably coordinating layer structure, inserting core weft yarns between two layers, and successfully woven on traditional sample sewing needle loom. Results show that the , so the trouble can be solved eyes. Production efficiency wi Milano woven fabric is stable, sick and solid. The two layers needn't that floss easily drills out of the ll be also improved as a result of ordinary feather dress owing to the the molding weaving process.
