“双主体”育人视阈下高职学生职业素质的培养途径

摘要 "双主体"育人就是学校和用人单位形成合力,共同培养高素质技术技能型人才。从教师、用人单位、学生三个方面提出了高职学生职业素质培养的途径,即搭建素质教育平台,发挥学校教育功能的作用;拓宽人才培养渠道,加大用人单位监管教育力度;发挥学生主观能动性作用,全面提高学生职业素质。 Dual-subject Education means that colleges and employers cultivate high quality technical talents by cooperation. This paper brings forward the approach to cultivating higher vocational students' occupation quality from the following three sides: teachers, employers, and students. That is setting up essential-qualities-oriented education platform to make full use of school education, broadening talents cultivation approaches, stepping up efforts for employers to monitor education, and giving full play to students' subjective initiative to fully improve students' occupation quality.
