子女数量、住房条件与城乡居民幸福感——基于CGSS2012的实证

Empirical study on the relationship between residents' well-being and number of children and housing conditions

个人幸福感是从主观角度反映民生的指标之一,房价上涨背景下,子女数量与住房条件对居民幸福感的影响机制和程度如何值得研究。利用CGSS2012微观数据,对70后和80后人群所拥有的房屋套数、现住房面积、子女数量和其幸福感之间的关系进行实证。研究结果显示居民住房面积与主观幸福感呈显著相关关系,住房面积越大,居民的主观幸福感越强;拥有房屋套数、子女数量与居民主观幸福感显著相关;子女数量、住房条件对不同户口类型居民的幸福感存在差异性影响,具体表现为非农户口居民的幸福感受住房面积的影响更大,而农业户口居民的幸福感受住房套数、子女数量的影响更大;子女数量、住房条件对同一户口类型不同年龄层次居民的幸福感存在差异性影响。

Personal well-being is an important indicator of people＇s livelihood. Under the background of housing price rising and two-child policy releasing, we need to study the influence of the number of children and housing conditions on the residents＇ well-being. This paper make an empirical study on the relationship between the housing conditions, number of children and the residents＂ well-being of after-70s and after-80s using the data from CGSS2012. The results show that there are significantly correlation between housing area, number of the owned house, number of children and the residents＂ well-being. There are different effects on different birth accounts, specifically, while the housing area has more influence on non-farmer account residents, the number of children, the number of the owned house have more effect on farmer account residents. And there are different impact on the different age level in the same household registration.
