近20年来国内关于美国科技创新研究

United States' S&T Innovation Research in the Recent 20 Years In China:A Literature Review

科技创新是科技与经济结合的纽带,是经济发展速度与质量最重要的变量之一。美国在科技创新领域的强劲优势是其成为全球经济领头羊的主导因素,亦因如此,美国科技创新一直成为全球学者关注和研究的对象。近20年来,国内经济学、公共政策学、科技哲学等领域的学者也对美国科技创新进行了较多地关注,这些研究主要集中在四个方面:美国科技创新发展历程及特征;美国科技创新体系;美国科技创新与社会发展的关联性研究;美国科技创新对中国创新型国家建设的启示。尽管如此,已有研究还是存在系统性不够、视角的单一性、对实践指导性较弱等不足或问题,这也是后续研究应该进一步努力的方向。

S＆T innovation is the link between technology and economy, is one of the most important vari- ables of speed and quality for economic development. The great advantages in S＆T innovation enable the United States to become the world＇s economic leader, The United States＇ S＆T innovation has become the object of global academic research. In the recent 20 years, scholar of economics, public policy, philosophy of S＆T and other fields in China, focus more on the S＆T innovation in the USA, these studies includes the United States＇ development course and characteristics of S＆T innovation; the innovation system ; in- novation and social relevance in the development of research; enlightenment on the construction of innova- tion-oriented country in China. However, the research is not systematic enough with a single perspective and a weak practice guidance, for which further efforts should be made in the future study.
