The new generation of migrant workers is the main members of migrant workers groups. It is very important for the nation and society to focus on their rights protection as to maintnin a fair and stable society. From the political, economic, social and cultural aspects, this paper deals with the predicament of the rights of new generation of migrant workers, and puts forword solutions to the problems from the per- spectives of government, society and migrant workers.
