双歧杆菌四联活菌片联合美沙拉嗪对轻中度溃疡性结肠炎的疗效观察

Efficacy of bifidobacterium tetrameric viable flakes combined with mesalazine on mild to moderate ulcerative colitis

目的观察双歧杆菌四联活菌片联合美沙拉嗪对轻中度溃疡性结肠炎患者的治疗效果。方法选取轻中度溃疡性结肠炎患者64例,随机分为观察组及对照组,每组32例,观察组给予美沙拉嗪联合双歧杆菌四联活菌片,对照组给予美沙拉嗪治疗,疗程为4周。比较两组患者临床疗效及治疗前后Mayo评分变化。结果两组患者治疗后临床表现均得到缓解,观察组有效率达96.67%,高于对照组的78.13%。同时,两组患者Mayo评分均下降,观察组下降5.88±2.46,较对照组(3.12±2.18)下降显著(P<0.05)。结论双歧杆菌四联活菌片联合美沙拉嗪对于轻中度溃疡性结肠炎患者诱导缓解具有较好疗效,可以进一步推广应用。

Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of bifidobacterium tetrameric viable flakes combined with mesalazine in the treatment of patients with mild to moderate ulcerative colitis. Methods A total of 64 patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group ,32 cases in each group. Patients in observation group were given mesalazine and bifidobacterium, while patients in control group were only given the same doses of mesala- zinc. The periods of treatment were 4 weeks, The change of the clinical symptoms and Mayo disease activity index be- fore and after treatment were compared between the two groups. Results After treatment, the clinical symptoms of pa- tients in both groups improved noticeably; the effective rate of observation group was higher than that of control group （96. 67 % vs. 78. 13 % ）. Moreover, Mayo disease activity index showed significant decrease in both groups after treatment,which was more significant in observation group （5.88 ±2. 46） than that of control group （3. 12 ±2. 18） （P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion Combination of bifidobacterium and mesalazine is more effective than mesalazine alone in the treatment of mild to moderate ulcerative colitis.
