Struggles for Water Resources between Uzbekistan and Tajikistan

苏联解体后,随着统一国家的消亡,中亚国家间因水资源而产生的矛盾开始出现并持续发酵。2009年以来,乌兹别克斯坦和塔吉克斯坦围绕在跨境河流阿姆河上建设大型水电站问题纷争不断,两国关系几度恶化,乌对塔发起能源战、铁路战、边境战、海关战并引发其他问题和矛盾,甚至有发生局部军事冲突的危险。2016年,随着乌领导人的更迭,两国关系开始出现回暖迹象,这为罗贡水电站之争得到解决带来契机。

After Dissolution of the Soviet Union and the dying out of unified countries,the contradictions among Central Asian countries due to water resources began to appear and kept simmering. Since 2009,the struggle between Uzbekistan and Tajikistan for the Construction of large hydropower station on trans-boundary water Amu Darya continued had caused deterioration of bilateral relations,battles for the energy,the railway,the border and the customs,and even the danger of local military confrontation. Since 2016,bilateral relations became warmer with the change in leadership of Uzbekistan,which contributed to sovle the struggle of the Rogun station.
