摘要
独立之初,白俄罗斯政府强力推行使用白俄罗斯语,收效甚微,并一定程度上激发了社会矛盾,引起民众不满。1995年经全民公投把白俄罗斯语和俄语共同定为国语。近年,白政府对两国语之间关系进行调整,扩大白俄罗斯语使用范围,但并未动摇双国语制。这种选择在一定程度上维系了白俄两国之间的历史情谊,为两国良好外交关系和各方面合作奠定了基础,同时也有利于构建和谐社会、有利于国家发展。
Belarus government effectively promoted the usage of Belarusian at the earliest days of independence,which aroused a lot of social conflicts and popular dissatisfaction. In 1995,Belarusian and Russian languages had been the national languages by means of a referendum. Recently,Belarus government had adjusted a relation between two languages and enlarged the usage of Belarusian language but did not shake the system,which maintained bilateral friendship to a degree,laid a foundation on friendly diplomatic relations and cooperation on everything,and were beneficial to establishment of harmonious society and national development.
