广西河池市大厂村稻谷重金属分析

Heavy metals of the rice samples from Dachang Village

文章以稻谷为研究对象,以河池市大厂村的大坪屯、大树脚屯、高峰屯、新菜园等十个屯作为采样点进行采样,然后采用采用ICP-OES法法分别对大米和稻壳分析了As、Cu、Sn、Pb、Cd、Zn重金属元素的浓度。以单因子污染指数和综合污染指数为评价方法分析了稻谷重金属污染指数。结果表明,从人的角度,样品中超标元素为Pb、Cd两种元素,其中Pb浓度的最高值为0.709mg/kg,超出国家允许限量的3.5倍,Cd浓度最高为0.220mg/kg,超出国家允许限量的1.1倍,其他样品未发现超标现象;从牲畜的角度,样品未发现超标现象。根据综合污染指数法除了大坪屯的一个样为重污染外,其他未检测出污染。本研究表明重金属污染具有局部性,从人的角度而言Pb、Cd两种元素超标。进而讨论防治Pb、Cd两种元素污染的方法,给当地环保与粮食安全的一些建议。

Based on rice As research object,by the city in the village of giant Co.,trees DaPing tuen feet tuen GaoFengTun,new garden,and ten tuen sampling points As a sample,and then used the ICP-OES method was analyzed As,Cu, Sn,Pb and Cd,Zn concentrations of heavy metal element.In single factor pollution index and comprehensive pollution index for evaluation method to analyze the heavy metal pollution index of rice.The results indicated that, from the point of view of the man, samples of overweight element for Pb and Cd of two elements,including the highest concentration of Pb for 0.709 mg/kg,beyond the state allows the set limit to 3.5 times,Cd concentration the highest （0.220 mg/kg,beyond the state allows the set limit to 1.1 times,other samples was not found to exceed bid phenomenon;From the point of view of cattle,the sample was not found to exceed bid phenomenon.According to the comprehensive pollution index method is the same as DaPing except in tuen mun outside pollution,other did not detect pollution.This research shows that the heavy metal pollution has local,from people in the view of Pb and Cd of two elements to exceed bid.Further, discusses the Pb and Cd prevention and control of two elements pollution methods,to the local environmental protection and food safety of some Suggestions.
