奥斯麦特炉入炉焙砂制粒试验研究

摘要 以锡沸腾炉焙砂为原料,对奥斯麦特炉入炉物料的制粒效果,粘结剂品种,粘结剂用量,烘干时间对制粒效果影响的试验研究。试验结果表明,每吨锡入炉物料需要40kg的聚乙烯醇粘结剂和154m L的水进行制粒,制粒后需要烘干2.5h可达到预期强度,在生产成本与入炉物料强度上能满足生产要求。 The experiment was actually carried out by applying the tin fluidized bed combustion boiler sand as raw material,in order to find out the effect of granulation making in the Faucet smelting furnace,the types of binder, dose of it as well as the impact of the drying time on the granulating process.And the test result demonstrates that by making the granulation,every ton of tin material should be mixed with 40 kg of Polyvinyl Alcohol binder and 154 ml of water, and after the granulation process completed,another 2.5 hours were needed to dry out all the material to reach the anticipating intensity.In a word,both the production cost and charging material strength can meet the production requirements.
