摘要
近几年随着主机厂对零部件质量的要求不断提高及模块化供货的要求,原由多家供应商分别供货的操纵机构总成和选换档软轴总成,已经转变为由单一供应商装配成换档操纵机构分总成模块后提供,这种供货方式的转变也带来了该类产品技术要求的变化,必须开发该类产品的验证、检验和验收方法和标准,以满足主机厂对产品质量的要求。
Original shift operating mechanism was separated to components and provided by several suppliers.Due to the requirements of components quality improvement and modular supply recently, it is changed to be provided in several modulars by single supplier now.It caused new change for speicfication for shift operating mechanism,to meet quality requirements,the new specification and standards for verification,validation and acceptance is necessary.
