摘要
文章以数显卡尺生产流程为研究对象,在进行生产流程工序作业方法、设备及人员分配优化的基础上,根据生产比倒数法混合编组规则,对三种型号的卡尺进行多品种混合编组,并按工艺要求设计了混合生产线方案。根据编组情况及混合流水线进行设计方案仿真分析,混合流水线平衡方案满足生产要求。
With digital caliper production process as the research object,on the basis of the optimization of production methods,equipment and personnel distribution in the production process,the three kinds of calipers are mixed with many varieties according to the production ratio than the reciprocal grouping rules.And the mixed production line is designed according to the technical requirements.According to the situation of marshalling and mixed assembly line design scheme for the simulation analysis, and the mixed pipeline balance scheme meets the production requirements.
