摘要
针对某拟建核电厂一期工程,从系统设计出力、系统主要工艺流程及主要用能设备等方面入手,采用标准对比法和类比分析法,对其除盐水生产系统进行节能评估和分析。该核电厂除盐水生产系统进行了多机组共用的设计改进,根据原水水质合理选择处理工艺,降低了能耗和水耗,主要用能设备拟选产品符合规范的能效要求,处于先进水平。
To assess the energy conservation of demineralized water production system of one nuclear power plant phase 1,design capacity,main process flow and energy consumed equipments of the system are analyzed and evaluated by comparing with standards and reference station.The demineralized water production system improved the collaborative design of multiple units.According to the quality of raw water,the processing technologies were selected reasonably so that the energy and water consumption decreased.Main energy consumed equipments can meet the allowable values of energy efficiency,and reach an advanced level.
