摘要
对目前典型海岛微电网结构进行较为详细的分析,并指出海岛微电网设计的局限性。在此基础上提出海岛微电网设计的基本原则:海岛电网用电可靠原则、海岛电网建设和运营经济性原则、资源充分利用原则和系统灵活性原则。以上述原则作为指导,提出2种适合不同海岛地理环境、负荷和电源分布的海岛直流微网的拓扑设计,并以现有海岛交流微网作为对比,分别计算3种微网拓扑的建设成本和运营成本,对其经济性进行比较分析。运用最小割集法,对上述微网拓扑的供电可靠性指标进行计算,并结合拓扑结构对结果进行分析。提出海岛微电网设计的原则,并基于此原则设计2种海岛微网拓扑,为未来海岛微网拓扑的设计和实际开发提供一种新的参考。
This paper makes a detailed analysis on typical island microgrid structures and points out the limitations existing in the present island microgrid designs. On that basis, several criterion of island microgrid design are given, including the power reliability of island grid, the economy of island grid construction and operation, the full utilization of resources, and the system flexibility. Under the guidance of the above criterions, two structure designs of island DC microgrid suiting different island geographical environment, load types and power distribution are proposed. Combining the existing island AC microgrid topology, the capital cost and operating cost of the three topologies are calculated and the economic index are compared. Basing on the minimum-cut set method, the reliability index of these three topologies are calculated. This paper presents the criterion of island microgrid design and designs two new island microgrid topologies, which provides a new reference for island microgrid structure design and offers help to develop island microgrid in the future.
