水压试验中重整反应器开孔部位应变测试

摘要 文中测试了卧式水压试验中重整反应器的开孔部位轴向截面和横截面外壁应变,获得了过开孔中心的第三强度当量应力值,得到了应力分布曲线。再通过有限元计算得到测试部位的应力分布曲线,将试验数值和有限元计算数值对比,结果显示两者的应力变化趋势相同且误差较小,轴向截面外壁应力分布曲线有2个波峰,横截面外壁应力分布为抛物线形态。试验验证了有限元数值模拟的可靠性,为工程设计和检测提供参考。 Outer wall strain in axial cross section and cross section of opening position in a reforming reactor were measured during horizontal hydrostatic test in this paper. The equivalent stress of third strength through the hole center was obtained, the stress distribution curves were gotten. The test part stress distribution curves were gotten through finite element calculation. Com- paring test value and finite element calculation numerical, results show that both the stress change trend is the same and the error is small. And that curves from outer wall strain of axial cross section have two peaks and that outer wall strain in cross section have a parabolic shape. The test proves that the finite element numerical sinmlation is reliable and can provide reference for engi- neering design and detection.
