高海拔官兵疗养对改善抑郁和焦虑影响的研究

Influence of recuperation for officers and soldiers at high altitude on improving their depression and anxiety

目的调查研究高海拔疗养官兵对抑郁和焦虑的影响。方法随机选择边防团某营刚下高原官兵40名参加高原疗养和同批未参加疗养官兵50名作为对照,采用症状自评量表(SCL-90)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)和焦虑自评量表(SAS)分别进行检测,应用SPSS 18.0进行统计学分析,并与军人和地方常模比较得出结论。结果高原疗养组在SCL-90、SAS以及SDS得分等方面较未疗养组低且具有较好的整齐度,且与军人和地方常模相比差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);抑郁和焦虑在某些特定方面具有良好的相关性(P<0.05)。结论恶劣的高原环境对官兵心理健康有一定的影响,安排高原疗养对官兵心理抑郁、焦虑具有很好的缓解作用,应加强和定期安排高原官兵进行疗养,做好高原官兵的心理保健工作,为提高部队战斗力服务。

Objective To investigate the influence of recuperation for officers and soldiers at high altitude on improving their depression and anxiety. Methods 40 officers and soldiers at a certain frontier defense regiment just coming down from plateau were selected randomly for recuperation and meanwhile another 50 officers and soldiers from the same frontier defense regiment without recuperation were selected as the control group.SCL-90, SAS and SDS were adopted for the comparison and detection.SPSS 18.0 was applied for statistical analysis, and comparison between the army men and the civilian norm was made to draw a conclusion. Results The scores of SCL-90, SAS and SDS in the plateau recuperation group were lower than those in the control group without recuperation and had better uniformity.There was statistical significance compared with the army men and the civilian norm（P〈0.05）.Depression and anxiety were well related to each other in some particular ways（P〈 0.05）.Conclusion Abominable plateau environment has a negative influence on officers and soldiers＇ mental health to some extent.Taking plateau recuperation can bring a mitigation effect on psychological depression and anxiety of them.So regular recuperation for plateau officers and soldiers should be strengthened to ensure their mental health protection and improve the combat effectiveness.
