摘要 骨骼肌缺血/再灌注损伤(IRI)是骨科临床事件中的常见病理生理过程,其发生机制一直是研究热点。骨骼肌IRI时细胞死亡的形式有两种,即坏死和凋亡。细胞凋亡被认为是骨骼肌IRI的发生机制之一,其在骨骼肌IRI中的作用逐渐引起了学者的关注。目前,骨骼肌IRI引发细胞凋亡的详细发生机制和相关的基因调控尚处于研究阶段。未来,随着对细胞凋亡与骨骼肌IRI关系的进一步研究,有助于提供一条探索骨骼肌IRI发生机制的新途径和研发预防或治疗骨骼肌IRI的新药物。 Skeletal muscle ischemia/reperfusion injury (IRI) is a common pathophysiological process in orthopedic clinical events. The mechanism of skeletal muscle IRI has been a hot spot. There are two types of cell death in skeletal muscle IRI, necrosis and apoptosis. Apoptosis is considered to be one of the mechanisms of skeletal muscle IRI, and its role in skeletal muscle IRI is gradually attracting the attention of scholars. At present, the detailed mechanism and related genc regulation of skeletal muscle IRI induced apoptosis is still in the research stage. In the future, with the further study of the relationship between apoptosis and skeletal muscle IRI,it will help to provide a new way to explore the mechanism of skeletal muscle IRI, and to develop new drugs for the prevention or treatment of skeletal muscle IRI.
