New Advances in Artificial Tympanic Membrane Repair

摘要 鼓膜修补材料发展至今,许多新颖的材料被发现和应用,每种材料都有其自身特点。传统鼓膜穿孔修补主要以自体组织进行手术修补,如软骨、软骨膜、筋膜、脂肪等,传统材料手术修补虽然愈合率较高,但由于材质获得和排斥反应等因素受到许多限制,而且对患者有一定程度的创伤性。随着研究的深入和技术的发展,组织工程材料进入研究视野,包括结构材料、生物因子和细胞,修补材料和修补的方式有了新的选择,为临床治疗和研究提供新思路。 So far, there are many novel materials discovered and studied for artificial tympanic membrane repair, each material with own characteristics. Traditional tympanic membrane perforation repair is mainly surgical repair with autologous tissue, such as cartilage, perichondrium, fascia and fat. Surgical repair healing rate is high, but there are many limitations due to material availability, rejection reactions and the trauma to the patients. With the deepening of the research and the development of technology, tissue engineering has entered the field, including structural materials, biological factors and cells, repair materials and repair methods, providing new ideas for the clinical treatment and research.
