整体护理对阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征患者术后生活质量的影响研究

Effect of Systematic Holistic Nursing on Life Quality of Patients with Obstructive Sleep Apnea Hypopnea Syndrome

目的评价系统化整体护理干预措施对阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征(OSAHS)患者生活质量的影响,为临床护士制定促进患者提升生活质量的措施提供依据。方法根据手术时间将101例OSAHS手术患者分为对照组(51例)和试验组(50例),对照组给予常规护理,试验组则在常规护理基础上给予系统化护理。分析并比较两组患者生活质量得分及并发症发生率。结果试验组(48例)生活质量总分、日常生活、社交情况、情绪、症状得分均高于对照组(46例)得分,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。术后并发症发生情况:试验组感染3人,未发生窒息、出血,并发症发生率为6.25%;对照组发生感染5例,窒息2例,出血1例,并发症发生率为17.39%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 OSAHS患者接受系统化整体护理干预,可以有效提升其生活质量,减少并发症。

Objective To evaluate the effect of systematic holistic nursing intervention on the life quality of patients with obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome （OSAHS） and provide reference for clinical nurses to make measures for the improvement of patients＂ life quality. Methods 101 patients with OSAHS were divided into control group （51 cases） and treatment group （50 cases） according to their operation time. The control group was treated with routine nursing. The treatment group was treated with systematic holistic nursing on the basis of routine nursing. The life quality scores and the incidence of complications were analyzed and compared between the two groups. Results The scores of life quality, daily life, social activity, mood and symptom score of the treatment group （48 cases） were higher than those of the control group （46 cases）. The difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. As for the incidence of postoperative complications, 3 people in the treatment group were infected, but there was no incidence of asphyxia and bleeding. The incidence of complications for treatment group was 6.25%. For the control group, 5 people were infected, 2 people were of asphyxia and 1 person occurred bleeding. The incidence of complications was 17.39%. The difference between two groups was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Systematic holistic nursing intervention on OSAHS patients can effectively improve their life quality and reduce complications.
