《急救护理模拟案例手册》在实习护士培训中的应用 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨《急救护理模拟案例手册》用于急诊科实习护士培训的效果。方法选取2014年在急诊科轮转的实习护士40人为对照组,2015年轮转的实习护士40人为观察组,对照组应用传统带教法,观察组在对照组基础上使用《急救护理模拟案例手册》,1个月实习结束后,比较两组实习护士的模拟案例演练考核结果,同时测评观察组实习护士对模拟案例手册在提高急救理论知识水平、分析解决问题能力、应急反应能力、沟通能力等方面的认可度。结果观察组模拟案例演练考核成绩为85.77±3.35分,对照组模拟案例演练考核成绩为62.35±3.32分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组实习生对培训手册的总体认可度达97.5%。结论使用《急救护理模拟案例手册》能提高对急诊实习护士培训的效果。 Objective To explore the effect of "Simulated Case Mantlal of Emergency Nursing" on training of practice nurses in emergency department. Methods 40 practice nurses who were rotated in emergency department in 2014 were divided into the control group while 40 practice nurses who were rotated in 2015 were divided into the observation group. The control group took traditional teaching method while the observation group took "Simulated Case Manual of Emergency Nursing" on the basis of the control group. 1 month after the end of the internship, compared the test results of simulated case drilling between two groups and evaluated the recognition of improving first-aid theory level, problem-solving analysis ability, emergency response capability and communication skills with the help of "Simulated Case Manual" in the observation group. Results The score of the observation group was 85.77 ± 3.35 while the score of the control group was 62.35 ±3.32. The difference was statistically significant (P 〈0.05). The overall recognition of "Simulated Case Manual" for the observation group was 97.5%. Conclusion "Simulated Case Manual of Emergency Nursing" can improve the effectiveness of training on emergency practice nurses.
