信息化管理对脑卒中肢体功能障碍患者康复训练的效果分析

Effect of Information System Management on Rehabilitation Training for Stroke Patients with Limbs Dysfunction

目的探讨信息化管理对脑卒中肢体功能障碍患者早期运动康复训练效果的影响。方法收集2014年9月至2016年5月136例来我院就诊的脑卒中肢体功能障碍患者为研究对象,随机将所选患者分为实验组与对照组,两组患者均给予早期运动康复训练,实验组患者在早期运动康复训练的基础上实施信息化管理;对照组患者在早期运动康复训练治疗基础上仅进行传统的表格记录。治疗6个月后比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果干预后两组患者的运动功能评价表得分及Barthel指数得分均比干预前有所提高,但实验组患者提高的更明显;干预后两组患者的NIHSS评分均明显低于干预前,而实验组患者降低的更明显。结论信息化管理能有效地规范脑卒中肢体功能障碍患者康复训练的管理流程,不仅改善患者的缺损神经功能,还能明显地提高患者的运动能力及日常生活能力,值得在临床工作中大力推广应用。

Objective To discuss the effect of information system management on early exercise rehabilitation training for stroke patients with limbs dysfunction. Methods 136 cases of stroke patients with limbs dysfunction in our hospital from September 2014 to May 2016 were selected as the research objects. They were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. Both groups were given early exercise rehabilitation training. Based on this, the treatment group was given information system management while the control group was managed with traditional form records. The treatment effect of two groups was compared after 6 months. Results Motor function scale and Barthel index scores of both groups were improved after intervention, but patients in treatment group improved more significantly. NIHSS score of both groups after intervention was significantly lower than before, and patients in treatment group decreased more significantly. Conclusion Information system management can effectively regulate rehabilitation training for stroke patients with limbs dysfunction, which could not only improve patients＇ neurological function, but also could significantly improve patient＇s motor ability and ability of daily life. It is worth popularizing in clinical work.
