摘要
旨在为猪带绦虫囊尾蚴病免疫诊断方法和有效防治措施的建立奠定理论基础。阐述了猪带绦虫囊尾蚴病流行与危害及诊断和防控中存在的问题,回顾了利用c DNA文库筛选、噬菌体展示文库筛选、噬菌体肽库筛选技术和双向电泳免疫印迹筛选等几种技术对猪带绦虫囊尾蚴病特异性抗原的筛选,并将筛选到的特异性抗原进行简要介绍,分别阐明各抗原组分在该病诊断、预防和致病机理中作用及可能潜在的价值。通过猪带绦虫囊尾蚴病特异性抗原筛选说明,开展该病大规模、无渗漏抗原筛选研究,是解决虫体感染过程中不同发育时期免疫诊断、疫苗研制问题的关键。其研究重要性不但对该病本身的诊断和防控具有重要的意义,同时也为寄生虫病的诊断和防控提供新的思路。
The study aims to provide a theoretical basis for the establishment of immunodiagnosis methods and effective control measures of taeniasis/eysticercosis. We first expounded the prevalence, harm and the problems in the diagnosis, prevention and control of taeniasis/cysticereosis. Then we reviewed the technologies for screening specific antigens of taeniasis/cysticercosis, including cDNA library, phage display library, phage display peptide library and two dimensional PAGE western blotting, briefly described the obtained specific antigen, and expounded potential value of the antigens in diagnosis, prevention and pathogenesis of the disease. Specific antigen screening of taeniasis/cysticercosis indicates that developing large-scale studies of antigen screening with no leakage is the key for solving the problems of immune diagnosis at different developmental stages of infection, and for developing vaccine. The study has certain significanee for the diagnosis, prevention and control of taeniasis/eysticercosis as well as other parasitic diseases.
