摘要
建立鸡肉和鸡蛋中诺氟沙星、环丙沙星、恩诺沙星、氧氟沙星残留检测的UPLC-MS/MS方法。样品采用2%甲酸乙腈溶液两部提取之后氮吹的方法,HESI源正离子模式扫描,在选择反应监测模式(SRM)下进行特征母-子离子对信号采集。根据保留时间和母离子及两个特征子离子信息进行定性分析,9 min内完成4种氟喹诺酮沙星类药物的定量分析。结果显示,方法检测底限为0.5μg·kg^(-1),在10,20,40μg·kg^(-1)添加水平下,鸡肉加标回收率在70%~90%,鸡蛋加标回收率在80%~100%,且两种样本RSD值均<10%。该方法前处理简便快速,分析速度快,灵敏度高。
The paper established the UPLC-MS/MS method to determine the residues of norfloxaein,eiprofloxaein,enrofloxaein, ofloxaein in the chickens and eggs. The samples were extracted by 2%formie acid in aeetonitrile for two times and blow dry through termovap sample concentrator. The samples was positive ion mode scanning by heated eleetro spray ionization (HESI), and the signal collection of characteristic maternal ions and sub-ion pairs was conducted by the selective reaetion monitor (SRM). The qualitative analysis was conducted on the basis of retaining time, maternal ions and the two characteristic sub-ion, and the quantitative analysis o f chloramghenicol was conducted in 9 minutes. On the condition that the detection limit was 0.5 μg·kg^-1 and 10,20,40 μg·kg^-1 addition level, the recovery rate in chickens and eggs was 70%-90% and 80%-100% respectively, and the RSD between the two kinds of samples was less than 10%. The methods had the advantage of simple and fast on the pretreatment, quick analysis and high sensitivity.
