Water Transport Development in Hunan is Underway to Serve Major National Initiatives

本文简述了近年来湖南水运建设发展取得的成绩和存在的主要问题,分析了"一带一路"和长江经济带等国家重大战略给湖南水运带来的机遇,提出当前新形势和新要求下,应从提升航道功能、促进港口合理布局、推动绿色低碳发展、优化水运发展软环境等方面加快湖南水运的发展。

This paper summarizes the achievements and problems of the water transport development in Hunan recently. It analyzes the opportunities brought by the Belt and Road Initiative, the Yangtze River Economic Belt Initiative and other major national Initiatives for Hunan water transport. And it also puts forward the new situation and new requirements, we should speed up the water transport development in Hunan from the aspects of upgrading the channel function, promoting the reasonable layout of the port, promoting the development of green and low carbon, optimizing the environment of water transport development.
