摘要
以某企业的高铝粉煤灰烧结熟料为原料,在实验室条件下对影响熟料溶出率的相关因素如熟料配方、熟料粒度、溶出调整液成分等因素开展溶出试验。研究表明:一段溶出调整液成分在Na_2Ok浓度为40g/L、Na_2Oc浓度为25g/L,Al_2O_3浓度为40g/L时可得到较好的一段溶出率;熟料碱比宜控制在1.02~1.07范围内,钙比控制在1.95~2.05范围内;熟料粒度越小越有利于一段和总溶出率的提高;在一段调整液成分合适时,一段溶出在10min左右即可全部完成;二段溶出在30min内完成较为适宜。
In this paper, influence of related factors on the sinter leaching yield was researched under the laboratory conditions taking high alumina fly ash sinter in a plant as raw materials, such as sintcr formula, sinter particle size, leaching adjusted liquor component and so on. The results showed that one -stage leaching yield was better in Na2 Ok of 40g/L, Na20c of 25g/L and A12 03 of 4 -g/L; alkali ratio and calcium ratio should be controlled in the range of 1.02 - 1.07, 1.95 - 2.05 respectively; the smaller the sinter particle size was, the more favorable the total leaching yield was; when the leac- hing adjusted liquor component was appropriate, one -stage leaching could be completed in 10min and two -stage leaching in 30min was appropriate.
