炭素材料活性测试方法及微量元素对阳极消耗影响的试验研究

摘要 炭阳极作为铝电解过程中主要原材料,它作为导体将直流电导入电解槽,并作为电解槽阳极材料参与阳极反应,在生产中炭阳极实际消耗远高于其理论消耗,直接影响原铝的生产成本。本文在分析铝用炭素阳极消耗机理的基础上,采用常见的焦炭及阳极活性测定仪器和方法对石油焦及炭阳极测定活性,重点论述了原料石油焦及阳极炭块的活性对阳极消耗的影响^([1]),并通过试验说明了金属杂质含量对活性的影响。 As the carbon anode is main materials during aluminum reduction, it conducts the direct current into pots as a conductor and participates into anode reaction, and actual consumption of carbon anode is much higher than that of original theory consumption, then directly affects the aluminum pro- duction costs. In this paper, based on analyzing of carbon anode consumption mechanism for aluminum reduction, common coke and anode activity meas- uring instruments and methods are used, and the influences of activity of petroleum coke and anode blocks on anodes consumption are mainly described, and the influences of the metal impurities on the activity by the test are also explained.
