宁夏农村人群血清中miR-33a的表达及与代谢综合征的相关性研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的研究人群血清中miR-33a的表达与代谢综合征的相关性。方法应用实时荧光定量聚合酶链反应检测代谢综合征患者50例(病例组)、健康对照50例(对照组)血清中miR-33a的表达水平,并且与代谢综合征患者临床指标进行相关性分析。结果相对于内参,病例组血清中miR-33a的表达水平(0.304±0.099)高于对照组(0.118±0.079)(P<0.05)。代谢综合征组收缩压、舒张压、体重、腰围、臀围、空腹血糖、总胆固醇、甘油三酯、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇、腰臀比、体重指数与血清miR-33a表达量呈正相关(P<0.01),多元逐步回归分析显示miR-33a表达量的影响因素为甘油三酯、腰围(P<0.05)。结论人群血清中miR-33a的表达与代谢综合征有关,血清miR-33a可作为诊断代谢综合征的分子标志物。 Objective To investigate the expression of serum miR-33a and it's relevance to the metabolic syndrome. Methods 50 patients with the metabolic syndrome and 50 healthy controls were included in this study. Total RNA was extracted from serum and miR-33a was measured by quantitative real-time PCR, then its correlation with clinical index was analyzed. Results miR-33a was significantly up-regulated in the serum of the 50 metabolic syndrome patients(0.304 ± 0.099 ) compared with 50 heahhy subjects (0.118 ± 0.079 ) (P〈0.05), and a positive correlation with systolic and diastolic blood pressure,weight,waist circumference,hip circum-ference,fasting glucose,total cholesterol, triglyceride, and low-density lipoprotein-cholesterol,WHR and BMI was found among the metabolic syndrome group (P〈O.O1). Further multiple stepwise regression analysis showed that triglycerides and waist circumference were main influence factors of miR-33a (P〈0.05). Conclusion The expression of human serum miR-33a was associated with metabolic syndrome, and serum miR-33a may be used as biomarker for diagnosing metabolic syndrome.
