摘要
考察纤维素在尿素-氯化胆碱低共熔体系中的溶解性能特点。利用电子显微镜观察纤维素的微观形态,经过分析得出了尿素-氯化胆碱低共熔溶剂溶解纤维素的方式,证明该溶剂体系能有效地溶解纤维素;同时考察了溶解在尿素-氯化胆碱低共熔体系中的纤维素在水中的再生性能和特点。实验利用X射线衍射(XRD)、电子显微镜、热重分析仪等仪器测定了再生纤维素的结晶度以及热稳定性,发现再生纤维素的结晶度有显著提高,但是却没有纤维素衍生物产生。
The dissolution characteristics of cellulose in urea-choline chloride eutectic system were investigated. Microscopic morphology of cellulose was observed by electron microscopy, qheresults showed that urea-choline chloride eutectic solvent dissolves cellulose, and the solvent system can effectively dissolve cellulose. At the same time, the regeneration performance and characteristics of the cellulose dissolved in the eutectic system of urea-choline chloride were investigated, The crystallinity and thermal stability of regenerated cellulose were determined by X-ray diffraction (XRD), electron microscopy and thermogravimetric analysis.
