磁共振波谱与DWI技术结合在脑胶质瘤伽玛刀治疗定位中的应用 被引量:2

摘要 目的:探讨磁共振波谱结合DWI技术在脑胶质瘤伽玛刀治疗前的定位价值。方法:40例病理学确诊的脑胶质瘤患者,采用~1H-MRS、DWI检查分析,评价其在脑胶质瘤伽玛刀术前的作用。结果:伽玛刀治疗前所有脑胶质瘤病例的强化区的胆碱复合物(Cho)、肌酸(Cr)及胆碱复合物(Cho)/肌酸(Cr)、胆碱复合物(Cho)/N-乙酰天冬氨酸(NAA)比值均升高,NAA、NAA/Cr降低,DWI呈等或高信号,ADC值减低,且与胶质瘤分级高低呈正相关,胶质瘤病灶区域ADC值减低。结论:DWI结合~1H-MRS分析能比较准确定位肿瘤病灶,对伽玛刀术前定位有重要意义。 Objective:To explore the location value of magnetic resonance spectroscopy combined with DWI in the treatment of glioma gamma knife.Methods:40 cases of glioma diagnosed by pathology,using 1H-MRS,DWI examination and analysis,to evaluate its role in the glioma gamma knife before surgery.Results:Creatine and choline(Cho)/creatine(Cr),choline complex(Cho),choline complex(Cho)/creatine(Cr),choline complex(NAA) ratio increased,NAA,NAA/Cr decreased,DWI was equal or high signal,ADC value decreased,and the level of glioma grading was positively correlated with glioma lesions,the area ADC value was reduced.Conclusion:DWI combined with 1H-MRS analysis can accurately locate the tumor lesion,and it is important before the gamma knife.
