摘要
RNA聚合酶相关因子复合物(polymerase associated factor 1 complex,PAFc)是进化保守的多功能蛋白复合物。在基因转录过程中,PAF复合物是一个重要的转录因子,与多种蛋白相互作用,调控从转录起始到转录终止的转录过程,并参与了组蛋白H3K4、H3K36甲基化修饰及H2BK120/34泛素化过程。PAF复合物在多种癌症的发生与发展中表达异常,因此,对PAF复合物功能及分子调控机制的深入理解有利于揭示肿瘤发生、发展机制,为研发肿瘤的新诊断与治疗方法提供基础。
The polymerase associated factor complex(PAFc) is an evolutionarily conserved,multi-protein complex.In the process of gene transcription,PAF complex is an important transcription factor.It can interact with many proteins to regulate many processes from transcription initiation to transcription termination and is involved in histone H3K4,H3K36 methylation modification and H2BK120/34 ubiquitination process.The expression of PAF complex in various tumors is abnormal,so the in-depth understanding of PAF complex function and molecular regulation mechanism is helpful to reveal the mechanism of tumor and provide the basis for the development of new diagnostic and therapeutic methods
