为了确保锅炉安全运行,提高锅炉使用效率,结合实际工作经验,对锅炉检验过程中常见问题及应对措施、重点检验部件及方法进行阐述总结。结果表明,水位表、压力表、安全阀是锅炉外检环节的重点检验部位;裂纹、过热、变形、泄漏、腐蚀、磨损、水垢是锅炉内检中的常见缺陷;锅炉检验能够积极降低能耗,提高能源利用率及经济效益。锅炉检验是确保锅炉安全运行、提高热效率的重要措施。

In order to ensure the safe operation of boiler,increasing the service efficiency,combined with practical work experience,the common problems and countermeasures,key inspection parts and methods in the process of boiler inspection are summarized. The results show that: water gauge,pressure gauge and relief valve are the key inspection parts in external inspection of boiler; crack,overheating,deformation,leak,corrosion,abrasion and plumber are the common pitfalls in internal inspection of boiler; Inspection of the boiler can reduce the energy consumption and improve energy efficiency and economic benefit,it is the important measures to ensure safe operation and improve the thermal efficiency of boiler.
